The platform aims to address funding gaps for energy efficiency upgrades in real estate by converting verified building performance improvements into auditable carbon assets. BEVerify uses digital Measurement, Reporting, and Verification (dMRV) to achieve reduction-to-issuance times in minutes, streamlining the traditional verification process. This initiative allows asset owners to integrate carbon credit revenue into project economics and offers buyers tangible, localised emissions reductions.
