Forestal Río Aquidabán project listed on Carbonmark, certified by ICR

The Forestal Río Aquidabán reforestation project in Paraguay, launched in 1999, is now listed on the Carbonmark marketplace. Certified under the International Carbon Registry (ICR) with Project ID #349, the project uses a silvopastoral agroforestry model across 301 hectares of degraded grassland. It is validated and verified by TÜV Rheinland Energy and Environment GmbH and follows the AR-ACM0003 methodology. The project is projected to remove over 504,000 tCO2e by 2045, with an annual verified removal of 8,172 tCO2e.
