Chinese industrial pyrolysis equipment manufacturer Beston Group joined the Rainbow Partner Program as an Industrial Pyrolysis Manufacturer. Rainbow vetted two of Beston’s biochar production units, the BST-50 continuous operation system and the BST-06Quicker mobile model, under its Biomass Carbon Removal and Storage (BiCRS) V1.1 methodology. This integration provides an endorsed technology pathway for biochar carbon dioxide removal developers using the Rainbow Standard. Developers can select pre-evaluated equipment, reducing technical assessments and accelerating project timelines to carbon credit issuance. The BST-50 can produce over 5,400 tonnes of biochar annually, while the BST-06Quicker is a mobile unit for rapid site validation.
